"Sent 3 messages to the host days before we where due to arrive re how to access the property, got no replies, had to phone booking agent VRBO on arrival as we couldn’t get inside & as there was no 4g signal we had to drive off again & find a signal, it seems tie host “forgot” to send details. overall we found the property adequate for 2 nights stay but wouldn’t have been happy to stay longer as beds although clean where extremely uncomfortable. "We had a problem accessing the security key numbers - x2 - necessary to get into the property. Hotels.com app failed and both tel calls and emails to the owner failed for over 2 hours. Finally got access. Will probably mean that I won’t stay in accommodation that doesn’t have a front desk in future. Otherwise a comfortable stay near centre of town. Clean, quiet with plenty of room. Missing coffee pods in supplies left for guests. Thank you."
