Bathroom condition were not good at all, beds were old. The people working there were great.

O hotel é bem localizado, porém existem pontos que precisa melhorar, elevador não sobe até o 5° andar, portanto quem se hospedar no 5° andar do prédio terá que descer no quarto e subir dois lances de escada, sem ajuda de funcionários. Precisaria ter um espaço kids para criança e um espaço que possibilite fazer uma mamadeira para bebê com pia e filtro. No hotel existe microondas e chaleira elétrica porém não dispõe de pia, filtro e sabão , esponja para higiene. Janelas dos quartos abrem toda e ainda ficam a cima das camas e não conta com nenhum dispositivo de segurança então para quem tem filhos de 2 e 4 anos como eu não é seguro. Estacionamento é cobrado a parte.

O quarto estava sujo, tinha um filhote de barata e vermezinhos de banheiro no chão do Box. As paredes estavam descascadas, o frigobar enferrujado nao gelava. Não tinha comunicação com a recepção.

Infelizmente é um local que não volto a me hospedar, acomodação horrível, quarto com mofo no teto, cheiro horrível no banheiro, banheiro sem box. Solicitei uma troca de quatro pois estava com duas crianças, complicado ficar em um quarto mofado e não fui atendida. Muito descaso e pouco caso com o hóspede. Muito triste e decepcionada.

Péssima qualidade de estadia

Funcionários da recepção são incríveis, principalmente a Bruna, muito atenciosa e cuidadosa. As meninas da limpeza também. Mas a acomodação deixa a desejar, móveis dos quartos muito antigos e em estado decadentes, o móvel do banheiro estava tão estufado que estava quase caindo, os chãos e tetos com buracos. O elevador nem se fale, não deveria nem estar funcionando
