We loved having the breakfast buffet every day. We wish that our room had been cleaned up like the notes mentioned. They did not come every other day to take the garbage or give us new towels. We had to ask for them to come.

Hotel and staff was great..nice clean open modern look…parking was misrepresented on the Expedia app. It just says parking available however when you get there you find out you are either paying $10-20 per day to park in a parking garage about a half block away that you have to park and walk back to the hotel with no shuttle, or you pay valet parking which is $30 per day. Although I liked the stay, the parking is very inconvenient. It’s not a big deal to walk but it was the first time I ever had to do that so it was a little weird. I’d probably make a better choice next time if I don’t want to pay for valet. Probably won’t book here again only because of the parking..

I stayed at this property when my son was in ICU at St. Joseph’s Medical Center. I just wanted a good nights sleep and a hot shower. Check in was difficult in that the parking valet kept looking at phone instead of coming out to greet me. When I finally got his attention, he told me I had to check in first. Hmmm. Where do I park then? Self park was a block away. Valet parking didn’t open until 7 am the next morning. So I paid $30 to have my car parked outside the front of the hotel. Then in the morning, there was absolutely NO HOT WATER. Ugh. When I reported that to the front desk, there was little concern about and no offer for any recompense. Very poor experience!

Clean, well kept facility. The perfect location for visiting Towson University. The receptionist was outstanding! She went out of her way to help me check in and explain the facility and where to park. This was one of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed at.
