Staff was great that’s the only good thing. The room was uncomfortable starting with the check in process, the AC wasn’t working and they said it’s because the building is too old. Noisy, found hairs in the table and bathroom. Pretty disappointing because the raiting prior me booking was good.

Once I figured out I was staying at a "hotel within a hotel", it was very nice. There was a little misunderstanding on check in because I tried to check into the main hotel. After that was settled, all was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Location good, room nice, beds comfortable, shower excellent, snacks nice, safe didn’t work, parking really poor—drove around the block 4 times because there was no place to stop for valet parking which was included so I had to pay for parking somewhere else then move my car in later. We didn’t need the room cleaned up in the middle of the stay but clean glassware would have been nice on the second day. Otherwise it was lovely.

We booked this hotel for the sole purpose of seeing an Orioles game. It’s a classic hotel with a lot of history. Very well kept. However, you don’t have to walk too far from the hotel to see the destitute parts of Baltimore. Lines of abandoned buildings and the type of night activities most folks would want to totally avoid.

The hotel is in a good location if you’re visiting downtown Baltimore. Check in for Roomza was confusing since it’s separate from the LB Hotel. Roomza staff were responsive to requests for assistance. Hotel staff (not associated with Roomza) could use some lessons in customer service. Hotel is clearly a 3 star hotel but could be better with attention to details, like making sure the tub isn’t clogged, ample toilet paper in the bathroom, add descriptions to the cafe and restaurant menu, what’s on the menu is what’s available, staff is trained as to what’s on the menu, cosmetic fixes to the bathroom tile, and check in process is clear. Valet service was good, except they charged my EV without me requesting it (which was actually very nice) using my personal car adapter and did not return it.
