The property was under construction. Wasn’t advised before booking. Loud noises at 9am on the weekend were inconvenient. However, the room and staff were nice. Very accommodating. The hotel was spacious. Many restaurants to choose from!

Had a lot of roaches. Shake your clothes off to make sure you don’t take the roaches home. My daughter never saw a roach before so I had to explain to her what there are. Roaches was in the bed.

I don't think I was able to experience the fullness of this property as I want to be fair and I feel this property has great potential. My 1st visit and timing wasn't on our side. While I'll give the staff a -5-; everyone was very nice, polite & accommodating and they took into consideration our room placement so that we weren't bothered by the renovation disturbance during our stay. I look forward to returning to see what the renovations will bring. Eating places are nearby and conveniently located near the BW Parkway. So the only reason for the -4-, was because of the renovation, otherwise, the property and amenities gets a -5-. Thank you all for making us feel at home.

The property itself is very old and not maintained. They are beginning to renovate, so? Hopefully this will fix the problem. The staff was great, and did their best to make my stay comfortable, but the hotel itself was way below my standard of cleanliness and smelled like mold in the room.

I extended another night after our 2 night stay. And during the last night the refrigerator started making noise all night long, it wouldn’t stop. I complained about it to the front desk and was informed I would be called back. Which never happened. We were traveling with a newborn and it kept her up all night long, very disappointing. I requested a full refund for that nights stay, but no one ever followed up.

The room had an odor to it. I had to spray the room with air freshener, shower curtain too short for the shower. Water was getting on the floor. That could cause a slip and fall. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap were empty in the shower.
