"A perfect stay during our honeymoon! We had a sea view villa for the first 3 nights and then extended our stay in the garden loft. The villa was absolutely perfect, complimentary soft drinks and snacks and right next to the beach with lots of loungers. Breakfast plentiful and cocktails good from Lym’s Bar (have a look at the happy hour menu, not advertised great but you’ll find it on the bar). Restaurants nearby and a 7/11 10 minute walk away. The perfect way to end our trip to Thailand. We didn’t want to leave! "

"This its beautiful resort that has gorgeous grounds providing natural beauty. The cottage we had was modern, clean, with plenty of space. It was not lavish but in good taste. The staff and service throughout the resort are among the best of any place I have stayed. The only caveat - is that a good number of rooms are built on steep hillside. The hotel will provide shuttles to and from these rooms, but you should check if you have any problem with steep streets and hills (albeit well maintained.) The prices for food are a bit high. But you can walk to the nearby village for excellent local food that isn't costly. The food at the resort, however, was excellent. Tip is to eat at the pool bar for dinner to have a great view, and have pretty much the same food as in the restaurant."

"This resort was a dream! The staff were so sweet and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beach and pool were beautiful and great for swimming. The food in the restaurant was very good. This place was a relaxing escape from the touristy areas of Thailand. We did not have a vehicle but the hotel sent a car to pick us up and help set up a ride to the airport. If you were going to stay for more than 2-3 days, you may need to get a vehicle or scooter. We did not have kids with us but the resort appeared very kid friendly with a playground and kid friendly menus at the restaurant. We got amazing massages as well. I would totally stay here again, a nice relaxing part of our trip!"

"Great place to stay on a quick return journey to Koh Lanta. Had been to the hotel many times before, but never to stay as a guest. Room was a good size, well equipped and clean. Balcony was very nice and had a great view of the sunset. Wifi was strong, if that’s your thing. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Overall it’s a lovely hotel and has a great location. Well worth a visit "

"This is not the place for people who are accustomed to first class hotels or who like to take cruises where most everything is provided. In particular, it is not for people who are accustomed to complaining when things are imperfect (ants, a mediocre breakfast, etc.). Thai natives do not tolerate confrontation; they are the sweetest, most loving people in the world, and will worry endlessly about one's welfare. But one needs to keep in mind that this and the other resorts on this secluded strip of beach were left without any income during the previous 2 and 1/2 years of Covid. They are now scratching out a living, and doing it with grace and charm, but it's also still a work in progress. My wife and I loved this island, but along with the recent ravages of the pandemic, it is a place that only received widespread electric about 7 years ago. Don't come here if you're seeking Miami or another resort city. Do come if you are still seeking adventure."
