"Before arrived, i texted the hotel to arrange transport, very convenient and price to airport 600THB. Van super comfy and not sharing. At check in, receptionist brief about hotel and escort to our room. They decorated the room as per request with no extra charges. Borrowed their adapter as I forgot to bring mine, no charges as well.
