"Secluded getaway away from the beach. The villas and what they are is amazing the private pools are small but exactly what is needed on those hot days. The room did have quite a bit staining on the couch and curtains. Other than that very clean. Be careful and pay attention to the check or procedures to avoid costs and deposit is cash only"

"We had a wonderful six day stay in this condo with a lovely view. We had spent the previous 2.5 weeks in Pattaya and came over on the passenger ferry. The ferry terminal is a short 5-10 minute walk from the condo. The condo was very clean and well equipped and was handy to a number of nice local restaurants/bars, convenience stores and a wat. The area is at the southern end of Hua Hin and is in a quiet area. Songtaews (“baht buses”) are a short walk away however so large malls and central Hua...

"Property is nice and clean. Was told to check in with property manager not the host whom was very rude said her job was to take care of the owners not short term rentals. When asked how to get the key code to the room was told call the person you rented from. Since Vrbo did not provide a number of the host we spent a long time calling around to get the host. Once in the room was good. To bad the host has no idea how her guest are treated."

"We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The property was in a perfect location (we like to be outside the hustle and bustle) and was perfectly equipped with an extremely lovely pool. Chas provided great communication via WhatsApp and even provided some recommendations. If I did have one suggestion, it would be to add the electricity allowance to the listing so any potential additional costs are known at the time of booking but this would not stop me from recommending this...

"We stayed in one of the villas with a private pool. Big, comfy bed, good water pressure from the showers, jasmine scented soaps / shampoos were very nice. The outdoor tub was excellent and filled very quickly (less than 5 minutes). Very relaxing atmosphere and they did a great job separating all the pool areas to make it feel like a smaller hotel, despite it being a big resort. Garden areas were beautiful and well maintained. If you're staying in the villas around NYE, be prepared for some noise as the villas numbered in the 400's and 500's back onto the public beach where revellers will be lighting fireworks until early hours - not recommended for light sleepers - but it is New Years after all so celebrations are to be expected. No issues with noise from Jan 2nd. Good food options for Vegans and vegetarians."

The staff at points were overwhelmed and service was then poor. I also suspect there were quests who weren’t even meant to be there as you were never asked for a room number. Early evening there were no seats and the dress code wasn’t enforced. No exclusivity at all. Hyatt although a branded hotel still maintains a Thai style and identity. Really handy for Cicada and Tamarind markets. We did have a great stay just disappointed with regency club. "
