"Great location, lovely pool! The rooms are spacious. It would. We didn't know until we left that there were some breakfast products available in the building next to the pool. Also, there wasn't any info on the gym. A bit more comprehensive info in English (probably other languages too) would really help. Also, check in time of 5pm is really late, and check out of 10 is too early. I appreciate they need to clean a whole apartment, but its difficult to work with those times."

"This is a lovely house in a beautiful rural setting. Our only recommendation to the property owners would be to update the bedding, specifically in the primary bedroom upstairs. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Also, the description suggests it is a 4 minute walk to the National History Museum and 13 minute walk to the Les Eyzies train station. Unless there is a path through the woods that we did not find, the road to town is unwalkable and dangerous."

The pool was super. The house is very well equipped with all you need. Our week coincided with a serious heatwave and it was impossible to keep the bedrooms cool despite the fans. There is no Wi-Fi at the property but 4G was ok.We were a little more remote than we expected but we had a great relaxing...

It is set in an absolutely lovely area, very peaceful and relaxing, but is ideally located to many other towns, villages and sights this part of the Dordogne has to offer. Beatrice and Remy are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much for them, we really felt a friendship has been formed, so much so that we will be returning in December to enjoy their gite at Christmas time...can't wait!...

The wifi did not work throughout the house - only in the living room. We also had a problem with a bat in the attic...

"We had a wonderful time - the house is even more beautiful than the photographs. The garden is enclosed which is hard to see on the pictures but made it great for our dog. There is absolutely everything you could need in the kitchen and the house had a lovely atmosphere. We would love to return "

"We loved our stay . The house is quaint but immaculate. The pool is superb. The whole stay was wonderful. The only negative is the fifth bedroom which has no partitioning wall between the living space and so a lot of noise carried through."

"Well done to Marion and her team. They have booked us Taxis, made us Pizzas, provided local information for buses, shops and restaurants, supplied extra towels and a hairdryer. The continental style breakfast is good value in price, and the facility is clean and well managed. Everyone has spoken English, been polite, friendly and professional. This may be called a Hotel Ibis “Budget”, but it has high standards and all the staff work hard. Room 307 is at end of the corridor. It is a good size with separate shower (fabulous) and toilet."
