"I really found the roam bus pass useful to get to downtown Banff and some of the in town sites. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the hotel provided us with a free bus pass that was good for some of the local routes. Staff was friendly and helpful also. "

"The Rimrock is a beautiful hotel perched on the mountain, offering spectacular views and a warm, cozy breakfast experience. While it’s a bit pricey, the setting and service make it well worth it. The only downside is the relatively small lobby and limited outdoor lounging areas—but overall, a memorable stay in a stunning location."

"My wife and I stayed here for her birthday. The Otter team went above and beyond to make it special. The hotel is really nicely designed, and everything is clean and fresh. Staff are very friendly and the hot rooftop pools are a really nice feature. Room was clean and had a great aesthetic and view of the mountains. It’s very walkable to downtown strip of Banff, at about 15 to 20 mins, great to burn off the good eating. Area is quiet next to the hotel and very accessible to get out and head to the various attractions like Lake Louise and Lake Minnewaka. Amazing experience, will definitely stay again."

"We stayed as a family with kids for two nights, and this place was a highlight of our trip! We had a two bedroom unit located on the edge of the property. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook and make ourselves at home. We saw elk grazing right outside our building in the mornings. The office lends out sporting equipment to play on the enclosed courts, which was awesome for our kids. The resort offers regular shuttle rides to downtown Banff (about 3.5km away). We would love to stay here again!"
