"This is a VERY unique property and even more so given the location to downtown Banff. The amenities are numerous and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with any needs you may have. Parking is very expensive on site, however, so take that into account during your stay and for your budget. If possible, select a room on the back side of the hotel to get a view of the mountains! "

"This hotel fit our needs perfectly. Outdated? Yes. But preferred it that way as it made the stay more homey and fits the area's atmosphere better. The free shuttle service into town was very convenient as well to be able to kick back and not have to battle for downtown parking. Would absolutely stay again and would love to come back sometime in the winter!"
