"I didn’t like that in the elevator, you could access off floors, not just your own floor! Everything else about the stay Was as I had hoped and better ! The staff were really attentive and friendly. I only used Hon the restaurant once and it was Very good. It was great to have complementary pass for the buses. The location is great as I was doing a solo trip and I liked having easy access to the strip of Banff Avenue. "

"This hotel was great! The restaurant was yummy, the hot pool was perfect after a long day of hiking and biking. Super close to bus stops but also walkable into the city. Bed and pillows were comfy. No complaints here. "
