"Not worth the price. Too many stairs and steps, not good for elderly people. No lighting installed at the stair to 2nd floor. No snack provided with alcohol beverages at the restaurant/bar. Some of the plastic floor tiles around swimming pool were damaged and could easily cause an injury. No shaver provided."

"It it by no means the most upscale establishment, but The Aiyara far exceeds its low nightly rate. We stayed there one night so we could see historic Ayutthaya before the day of our evening return flight out of Bangkok. The small one-bedroom condo was clean and had all the amenities, including a small kitchen to prepare meals. The fitness room is better than many luxury hotels I have stayed at. The front desk called us a cab to Ayutthaya (about 10 minutes away by car), kept our luggage at the...
