The hospitality and overall atmosphere was absolutely amazing. The rooms could use a little more decor to make the wood furniture feel intentional rather than dated. Overall it’s a wonderful and unique hotel.

Amazing time here! The staff, food, location, and hotel ambience is incredible. The buffet is delicious and the roof top dining and bar options are to die for. Unlike anything you've ever seen. I'd also be remissed if I didn't mention the Expedia VIP room upgrade. Wow. Got a massive suite.

All staff (doormen, reception, housekeeping, Mozu and Lounge) were very friendly and always eager to assist. Front lobby flora decor is always impressive!!! Breakfast at Mozu is always delicious and their attention to detail to the food/beverages is superb!! I frequently stay at this hotel when I am in BKK and Lebua never fails to impress.

What an amazing hotel 5! Stars ,the attention from the beginning! Check in was in a lobby , sitting in a nice place , an educated and nice woman come to us for the process . Give us a small wet towel for refreshment and delicious drink, then we arrive to our room with spectacular view to the river, the room was huge with coffee a tea maker. The staff was exceptional and made sure we had a memorable stay! We absolutely enjoyed the daily breakfast, that included international cuisine, it opened our pallet to food we have never tried before! The only downside is all of the haggling experienced as soon as you step out of the premises to take you to locations you don’t want to go and it is a pricey to drink and eat but absolutely worth it.
