There were no stairs. the front desk isn’t very helpful and my room was by the highway which was really loud. The air conditioner was right above the bed so it was very cold.

About a 15 minute drive from the airport but the free hotel shuttle makes it work. Easy to catch an early morning flight. This hotel is perfect for a layover.... quiet, dark and clean with comfortable beds. Very helpful staff.

This is a small hotel being a Boutique Hotel. Suitable for an overnight stay. Shuttle service from the Airport was very efficient and the staff were very helpful.

The shuttle transfer was much appreciated and very quick pickup up! Check in was easy, which was very nice since we didn't get to the hotel until 0230. Everything was clean and very comfortable!

Close to airport was the biggest plus. Requested pickup at airport was a no-show until I called after 20 min wait. Ants all over the room. Very loud, plenty of empty rooms but given one overlooking the highway. Wifi never worked. Staff friendly though.

The value you recieve for what you pay at this hotel is phenomenal. We were especially impressed with the free shuttle service. We arrived in Bangkok late at night at 11:30 pm and were promptly picked up and had to leave just a few hours later at 6:30 am to go back to the airport. This was absolutely no problem. The room itself was clean and came with free water, bathroom amenities, a safe, and bath robes. The air conditioning worked well too. There is no elevator but a staff member brought our luggage up and down the stairs for us.

I stayed here one night as I was flying into and out of Bangkok. The shuttle service is very helpful and easy to use - I called after deplaning on a domestic flight, and they were there to pick me up in about 10 minutes. The hotel was very cute and clean, and there were decent street food carts around. Great pick for an airport hotel.

Loved the hotel, and found a great night market just a Songtel ride away. Only issue was how loud the traffic was at night, maybe the rooms off to the side are quieter, but the ones facing the road were brutal

Great transportation to and from airport! Convenient location to airport and would definitely recommend for the price! Very nice staff! Bed is firm, as is 90+% of all thai hotels. Bathroom is all one room (yes some things get wet when showering), as is 90+% of all thai hotels. Food options are limited... But good! 7/11 is literally next door which is nice. Khun Art's Kitchen is a 3 min walk, open late, and serves excellent thai food and drinks at a fair thai price. Only complaint... Road noise. If you are used to city noise, you will be fine. If you live in the middle of nowhere and are used to silence, this hotel will have more noise than you are used to.

Around 15mins drive to rhe airport
Took around 15mins from the airport to this hotel... and there is no elevator in hotel, the driver help us to take our luggage to 3/F after checked in, very helpful and kind. The room is ok not bad, got everything you need. We never expect to hv a decent room with this price and we just stayed here for 8hrs. But one thing i need to mention is Free Transfer! Free transfer with this price really attractive!

The hotel room was in great condition and was very comfortable. Wifi worked well and the staff was great and ready to help with any of our needs. The only downside to this location is that you have to transit quite a bit to get to downtown Bangkok. But if you are okay navigating the sky train it is very doable.
