The property is absolutely beautiful, feels like a resort & is extremely convenient in location. The pool & outdoor dining areas make this hotel stand out amongst the others & the boat shuttle service is such a great way to get around. It’s right on the river, next to shops & plenty of restaurants. The rooms are elegantly decorated & very clean though outdated. We found it difficult to charge our phones & electronics. There also seemed to be a glitch in their electricity & the lights & curtains in our room would flicker on & off at random times in the night & day. The staff are exceptional & went out of their way with every request & upgraded our room when the issue with the electric could not be fixed.

The property and service were top notch, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was great and having access to the Icon Siam mall by walk or hotel ferry boat was clutch for activities with our little one and access to food and markets.
