Enjoyed my stay at Wild Orchid,the staff were friendly and helpful if you needed anything.Room was basic but clean and comfortable and I have no complaints.The menu could be better but there were plenty of restaurants nearby.I would recommend to anybody.

It's in Old Town so it is a little old and could use some maintenance, but any issues were quickly resolved and the bed was comfortable. Staff are great, accommodating and reception is occupied 24 hrs.

- Arrived 3 hours early of check in and our room was ready. No extra charges. (We did not request early check in) - Hard beds though very lush pillows help mitigate this - Rooms a little run down, however a/c works very well - Bathroom via balcony - Some mosquitos on balcony (too bathroom) and in hallways - Streets are quiet at night, just other guests doors heard or noises from hallway - Only get 1 small 2 ply toilet roll per day. Kept having to ask for more, especially if you don't get your room serviced. - Great location! 2 min walk to river boat pier (highly recommend using this!), 5 min walk to Khaosan Rd, 20 min walk to Grand Palace (in hindsight would've just caught the river boat there). Lots of food places & small stalls nearby - Pool nice, not many people use it - The main lady on reception during the day is so lovely - Restaurant not open 24hrs as many online things say. Breakfast from 8am so often we went elsewhere (especially since tours often pick up from 6 or 7am) Dinner until at least 10pm? Food basic but good. Very scant on chips - Booked a taxi to airport through the hotel. Car was awful. Such a strong cigarette smell it was hard to breathe.

リノベーションされていて大変良かったです。レストチェックインのLCC対応もしっかりしてます。一番良いのはロケーション。カオサンの喧騒から寺を隔てていて、近くにはドリップアドバイザー紹介のレアレストランが有り、チャオプラヤのプラアーティッド船着き場が近く移動が楽です！(^_^)v

The property was not in use when we arrived. Despite it having been under renovation for some time when we arrived no one had contacted us to inform us our hotel reservation had been moved to a different hotel. There was a note on the building informing us of the hotel we should have been going to instead however no instructions on how to get there and the contact number wasn't answered.

Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable but our room was full of termites. It ate our clothes and put holes in it. My wife’s legs were full of little rashes/ pimples caused by the bugs. If we knew earlier that it was due to termites, we would have shift to an another place. Nevertheless service was good. They’ll be renovating the hotel so hopefully everything will be in better state for others! Have fun in Thailand and don’t forget to smile. 😁

対応は良し！シャワーが、、、

フロントの対応は笑顔な対応でとても良いです！ しかし、部屋は綺麗とは言えません。ベッドは綺麗ですが、、 特にシャワーがトイレと同じ場所にあり、正直かなり汚かったです笑 そういう場所でも楽しめる方たちの滞在をお勧めします！ 値段が安いのでそれを考えれば普通だと思います！

受付のお姉さんがとても親切で気持ちがよかったです。 部屋は値段相応といった感じです。カオサン通りの近くなので、夜に遊んだあとに、徒歩で帰れる立地なのはよかったですが、駅が遠いため、タクシーかトゥクトゥクで移動するしかないです。

ホテルは5階建ての建物ですが、エレベーターがないため、荷物は自分で持って登り降りする必要があります。また、ホテルの真横が洗濯屋になっており、風向きによっては小道で干されている衣類の生乾き臭が漂ってきます。 場所柄、近隣に食事をする店が多くある点と、マッサージ店が多いのはメリットですが、交通手段に乏しいため、タクシーの移動が多くなるのが難点です。王宮やワットポーには歩いて行けるほか、路線バスを利用できる人であれば路線バスを使うのも良いかと思います。 総合的に考えると、MRT各駅に近いホテルの方が利便性は高いと思いますが、バックパッカーの人が多い地域なので、バックパッカー気分を楽しみたい方や、このホテルの近くに行きたい場所がある方にはオススメです。

Bra beliggenhet og flott sted

Stedet har et basseng og ligger midt i backpacker gata i Bangkok. Gata er vesentlig roligere enn khao san road og egner seg godt for barnefamilier, par og andre. Romene er rene og har også en liten balkong. De servererer også god mat til en billig penge :) Anbefales!

Clean and basic hotel. Me and my wife both enjoyed our stay. Next to busy nightlife but quiet enough to sleep. Good hotel for small amount of money.
