"Très belle villa décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Villa typique Djerbienne avec une belle touche de modernité. Belle piscine avec une terrasse aménagée, un barbecue et un parasol et deux (voir 3) places de parking. Bon emplacement a côté de Djerbahood et l Hara. "Property was clean. Toilet was dirty with one of the toilets not flushing. The pool is falling apart with tiles everywhere inside the pool and all over the outside of the property. Pool was very dirty and we were not able to use it AT ALL during our stay. The host was friendly and nice but not happy with the property at all. Do not recommend."

"Nous avons apprecié notre sejour, c'était une premiere pour nous à Djerba. Les plages sont pas loin et très sympa, les taxis pas chers et la possibilité de se deplacer facilement. La résidence est très bien entretenu, les piscines sont top aussi bien la privée que la grande piscine. Le vis a vis etait respecté et nous avons beaucoup apprecié. "Camere totalmente da rinnovare,pulizia che lascia a desoderare.....all'arrivo e alla partenza abbiamo trovato il capo receptionist maleducato e arrogante non adatto a trattare con le persone. Si rivolge ai clienti con tono di superiorita e questo sicuramente non é un bel atteggiamento per un responsabile. Le ragazze invece cordiali e cortesi e anche il direttore. Nota assolutamente positiva é la piscina."

"We stayed at Dar Elyas from January 14 to February 23. One daughter joined us for one week, our other daughter joined us for two. We all agreed that the photos don’t do the residence justice!! Well done Plaza Hotel

"Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. The food is absolutely delicious and to our taste. The hotel layout is out of this world and amazing. The swimming pools are very nicely maintained and the beach too with its lounge. I have walked along the beach to look at the other hotels but Plaza Hotel remained outstandingly nicer. Our balcony overlooks the side of the pool but the sea was right in front of us and it was nice waking up to that. I liked very much so the peace and quiet and the ability to sleep without any disturbances. The reception staff were also helpful and so was the guest relation gentleman who was all ears to any concerns. I spoke to many residents and they all share the same views and many of them if not all, it was not their first time there. Although I like the change but I would definitely go back there. I think they could do more to publicise their services as this is not well reflected on the website. I am surprised that I could not see English people in that hotel but from conversations we had with some at the airport on our return, we stayed at the best hotel. "

An enjoyable visit.

"The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Kudos especially to our "personal" waiter, Sammy who made sure our table was resdy each evening and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. This was our second visit to Seabel Rym Beach, and we have not been disappointed at all. Check in was a bit tedious as our request for accessible/disabled rooms was not noted, but the hotel was quick to remedy and the following day we were moved to the correct rooms. The menu was varied each night and while breakfast was a bit mundane, our chef at the omelet station was on point and had my omelet and fresh fried beignette ready as soo as i arrived. Sadly he was not working on mu last day so that i could reward his service properly. The pool is wonderful, and while the fight for lounge chairs was tedious, the sun and coll waters made up for it."

"Nice stay, i highly recommend this hotel. The pool is amazing, they have 3 different ones with sea water, phosphorus and sweet water. The rooms are comfortable, big dressing room and amazing bathroom with a big tub. They gave us welcome cold drink, pineapple juice and we found fruits in the suites as well. Meriem hajri"
