"My family had a wonderful time in this beachfront property. Direct access to the clear turquoise patar beach offering inviting warm swimming waters even at 5 am is just magical. We mostly had the wide strech of the beach for ourselves during our 3 days stay ecxept for a few locals and fresh fish vendors passing by. "The property did not meet our expectation. With its price in the area, it was so costly.. Don't go to the property during rainy season. It is flooded. My family and I were disappointed to see the flood right in front of the unit. We arrived at past 4pm and we could have spent the rest of the day roaming around Alaminos.. But instead, we chose to stay in the house because of the flood outside.. The owner, though was very helpful in giving us tips although we havent had the chance to meet."

"This resort was definitely a hidden gem. It was hard to find but once we got there I was amazed with the room I reserved and how close the beach was. We had a 2bdrm upstairs unit with a huge balcony overlooking the water. The inside was clean and had great amenities. But the patio was a bit dirty. But right from the start the staff was friendly, helpful, and so attentive. Also met the owner of the resort and he’s a nice guy, very hospitable. We had great conversations with him. The food we ordered was on time and was even delivered to our room which was awesome. The pool area is clean and the pool was clean and warm. Restrooms were not functioning though. But looks like they’re still renovating. I definitely recommend and will be back next time I’m in the country. "

"The staff that checked us in during the afternoon was great. As we were the only ones that had booked for the day, he offered to show us our room other room that we could choose from but we decided to stay in our original room as there would be more light. As we’ve expected there are roaches in Philippines or other bugs, we didn’t expect it to be there in our room. There were a lot of small roaches and my husband had to kill a big one in the bathroom. There were stains on the sheet and I don’t know whether they had changed the sheet or not. The shower in the water that night had a good flow, but when we used it in the morning it was very little and when we asked the staff she said it’s normal but we have relatives lives around the area and their water is perfectly fine. Also their A/C inside the room was leaking. TV had no cable The picture looked nice, but I don’t think I would recommend or would be coming back here. "
