However, my stay was ruined by an overzealous security guard who was probably only doing what he had been taught to do - keep Black women out, who they assume all must be "ladies of the night." was stopped by a security guard who did not approach me with any kind of courtesy and demanded to know what I was doing at the hotel and whether I was staying there. "
