My family and I booked this cabin last minute for my granddaughter's birthday, and let me say it exceeded my expectations. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the property is well maintained. Although the staff is not on the property after 5:00 pm, however they do provide an after hours phone number. They are quick to respond and assist

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay here, the views were beautiful the room was relatively good and the staff was very accommodating however the room definitely hasn’t been renovated in a while and very old school, there was not many utensils, the light in the main bed room didn’t work and the parking was a little bit of a struggle in building 201 I wish we had reserved parking for our room so we were not left with out a parking spot. It wasn’t the best but honestly good for the price and for the views alone we would go again.

The unit was incredibly dirty with previous visitors dirty laundry under the couch and around the unit. Also, dirt, food, and a dirty q-tip was found when asking the sofa bed.

Although I rated this stay “excellent” there were two minor issues that occurred. 1. The unit above was occupied & while there was no other noise present the footsteps of the occupants were very noticeable. It was difficult to go to sleep. 2. The hot tub amenity on Wednesday was wonderful ( approx 102-104 F.), but on Thursday the water was more like in the 70s F.temperature was in the 70s F. 3. Everything else was wonderful & exceptionally clean!

The place was very convenient for us to go skiing in sugar mountain. The condo was spacious but not maintained at all. The headboards on the bed was shaking. The floor was sticky and dirty. There was popcorn behind the sofa. There were bathroom lights that was broken from its fixture. And the water preyin the bathroom was very low. Half way in the shower the water stopped one night. I took pictures and shared all this with the office staff when I checked out. I wish they would maintain this property as it’s on the mountain. Just need to make sure you have a 4x4 specially during winter.

I came to snowboard it’s a beautiful place is big is clean everything you need. I have three boys ranging from 17 to 25 and myself single black girl was happy. I just got home but the mountain itself it’s not too high if you want to drive your car no need for a rental is still in the mountain but everything is close. All the fun things to do is close I was at blowing rock sugar mountain and beach mountain. If you go and skateboard in a snowboarding or even tubing, bring you some warm stuff from home so you don’t have to buy the expensive $30 gloves or $40 shades go food shopping and you can save some money. The kitchen had everything you need. I felt home full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms two couches that had beds. Also, we were comfortable if I ever did this again I would come to Sugar Mountain in the Highlands.
