"I have been here before and am used to the rundown condition. Mostly tradesmen but also many regular colourful characters. This time I got room 26 in the courtyard. It was noisy until 11 pm. Next time I will ask for a room facing the carpark - last time I had 12 or 12A which were much quieter . Sheets were clean as usual. Didn't use the TV. Fridge works fine "

"This property was perfect for our needs and we had the best sleep - the beds were so comfy! The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were walking distance from the Gordon Hotel which had a great feed since the Steakhouse wasn’t open.
