Villa Emmanuelle is very well placed with a magnificent view of the Provençal countryside, about 1 km from the center of Banon. It was designed by an architect and carefully decorated in the style of the region.
The swimming pool is very well maintained and the 2500 m2 garden is fenced, allowing children to play in complete safety.
All the rooms face south and have a French window that opens onto the garden. The windows are all equipped with mosquito nets. The kitchen, living room and lounge form a large living room with a fireplace, a mezzanine and sloping ceilings with exposed beams. The villa is spacious and bright. There are three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with an integrated bathroom with WC, another bathroom upstairs and two additional WCs (therefore 3 WCs in all). the 2 bedrooms upstairs are equipped with ceiling fans. There is also a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. The villa is perfect for 8 people. However, it is possible to add an extra bed for 1 person and 2 baby beds. Bed linen and bathroom towels included for maximum 8 persons.

Rental is from Saturday to Saturday in high season (July and August) but we are open to any proposal!

Small pets are accepted on a case by case basis.

PS: Villa Emmanuelle is our family vacation home and has been renting out since 2005. We had loads of reviews on the site until we contracted a rental agency in 2017.
Since 2022 we have decided to rent ourselves and for this reason we do not have many reviews yet.

Maison très agréable, accueil chaleureux et réactivité de la propriétaire et de la gérante en cas de questions. Seul soucis concernant la situation car la maison est située le long d'une route assez fréquentée : le jardin et la terrasse sont bruyants

La maison est superbe, elle a un charme fou et l'environnement est magnifique !! nous étions au calme dans une maison offrant ce qu'il fallait pour les vacances ( petit bémol juste pour ne pas être parfait 😛 : le réfrigérateur n'était pas assez grand pour contenir les provisions des ados affamés 😉😉) mais nous avions a proximité le petit village qui dispose d'une super boulangerie, et d'un Utile où l'on s'approvisionnait tous les matins.... le cadre est superbe et la vue de la piscine est sans fin 👍👍👍 La propriétaire fut super dispo pour toutes nos questions et l'intendante Marjorie a un bagou incroyable toujours souriante et réactive !!! Nous réserverons a nouveau pour nos vacances d'été .... Super adresse. !!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Wir haben es sehr genossen, in der Villa in Banon Urlaub zu machen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Die Kinder hatten viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen im Garten: Es gibt eine Schaukel, der Pool war immer spannend, sie konnten Kirschen, Blumen und Kräuter pflücken. Außerdem gibt es eine große Auswahl an Spielen für draußen und drinnen. Wir waren im Mai da, da kann es abends kühl werden, deshalb war es gut, dass wir den Kamin anmachen konnten. Der Ort Banon ist wunderschön, der Markt, die Kirche, die Geschäfte. Virginie, die Besitzerin des Ferienhauses, ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Sie war zwar in Australien während unseres Aufenthalts, sie hat aber dennoch sehr schnell bei Problemen geholfen - auch über ihre sehr nette Helferin vor Ort, Marjorie.
