The primary purpose of a hotel is a place to sleep. It was impossible to sleep at this property. They kept roosters that were very loud all night long.. we returned home tired and ill.

Iā€™d love to rate this hotel better. The location is great. Itā€™s a cool old building. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The problem was the room. Our room had no windows to the outside. The window faced the interior courtyard of the hotel. There was no air conditioning and no air circulation so the room was stifling and stuffy. The noise from the lobby reverberated throughout our room. We didnā€™t sleep at all and sleep is the number one necessary requirement of a hotel. This the 2 star rating.

Nightmare Experience - Avoid at All Costs This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience Iā€™ve ever endured. The room was absolutely disgusting and unsafe for anyone to stay in. Black mold covered multiple areas, making the air feel suffocating and the environment a health hazard. The room was filthy, with grime and dirt in every corner. To make matters worse, there was no functioning air conditioning, leaving the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The advertised ā€œbreakfastā€ was laughableā€”completely inedible and poorly presented. It was clear there was no care or effort put into this aspect of the stay. The entire property felt neglected and mismanaged. I ended up leaving the hotel shortly after checking in and demanded a refund and the owner had the audacity to say there wasnā€™t any mold even after I showed her pictures. I had to book another hotel last-minute just to escape this nightmare. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. Itā€™s not worth the risk to your health, safety, or sanity. Stay far, far away.

Excelente servicio, no les voy a hablar de lo que ya califique con estrellas, les voy a hablar de la calidad humana del servicio que recibĆ­, durante mi estadĆ­a mi seƱora madre muriĆ³ en mi paĆ­s de origen y tuve que realizar una serie de tramites de forma remota, la ayuda prestada por el personal del hotel fue de las alta calidad humana y solidaria no tengo palabras para agradecerles, sin duda volverĆ© a visitar este hotel y lo recomiendo sin duda lo disfrutaran.

El hotel es bonito en general , pero hay habitaciones mejores y peores! El Parqueadero es fatal , de aspecto y vista, pero la salida sĆ³lo lo puede hacer un experto ya que es muy estrecha , ademĆ”s la reserva en lĆ­nea ofrece desayuno incluido pero en realidad no lo dan , a menos que haga la reserva el dĆ­a que llega al hotel, pero ya es demasiado tarde para cancelaciĆ³n de la misma!
