"Once in conversation with Ettore shortly before arrival, the stay was on a good track to be excellent. He gave guidance for the arrival with luggage to be only a short walk. Time was used upon arrival for us to become familiar with the functions of the residence, and this all worked out well. "Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."

"The views from this apartment are stunning! Overlooks the Bay with Vesuvius in the distance You can catch glorious sunrises from the balcony. It is in a residential area so it is peaceful quiet. Perfect for our group. You do need to plan for transportation to almost anywhere as there is not too much within an easy walk. However, there is a bus stop across the street and we had no trouble securing a taxi whenever needed. Highly recommend!"
