The house was newly built in 2013 and has enough space for several families or groups of friends who want to vacation together.
The complete equipment is new and modern and offers all the comfort you need for your vacation.
The ground floor has one large and one small kitchen, 2 living rooms, a dining room, a recreation room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.
The first floor has 4 bedrooms, a long balcony with a beautiful view and 2 bathrooms.
On the beautifully landscaped and fenced property, a 70 m² swimming pool with an outdoor shower invites you to come and refresh yourself at any time. In the garden there is also a barbecue, where you can prepare delicious dishes on the grill and enjoy them in a relaxing atmosphere and a natural environment. In addition, the garden is also equipped with a children's play area.
There is also a part of the pool made for KIDS so that parents can completely relax on their vacation :)

Fantastic place!
We absolutely loved our week in Croatia in this house. The location was very nice with an awesome vista from the dining room and balconies. The pictures say it all really. The owners were very friendly and helpful as well. It was a small store nearby but for the more serious grocery shopping we had to travel about 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place!

Schöne, ruhige Lage (etwas abgelegen). Das Beste war der große Pool! Schöne Villa, gute Raumaufteilung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an die Gastgeber!

As expected - PERFECT
Everything was perfect - starting with the contact with Kristina before arriving, having a great time in the house and ending with a warm farewell at the end. The location of the house is definitely more in the village but is was perfectly fine because this gave us absolut the rest we needed. On the other hand driving to Pula or Rovinj took us only 30-40 minutes! The house itself was very modern and 100% as described! You can stay here easily with 6 adults and 6 children because the bedrooms as well as the rest of the house are huge. The property is huge and really very nice. Even though it is not fenced you have all the privacy you need. Thanks for a very nice holiday - it will for sure not be the last time!!!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich klasse. Der Pool ist groß und alles ist wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation war super und total hilfsbereit. Für uns als Freunde mit 9 Erwachsenen und kleinen 4 Kinder optimal. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! Vielen Dank!

Schöne Villa mit Pool
Insgesamt haben wir, 5 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder (Alter 1-5) den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Die Gastgeber waren unkompliziert und flexibel. (Bitte weiter so). Der Pool wurde alle 2-3 Tage gesäubert und besonders das Kinderbecken war für unsere Kids ein Highlight. Gerne wieder. Ein paar kleine Schwächen gab es dennoch; Bei diesem Preis ist unserer Ansicht nach ein Kaffeevollautomat oder Ähnliches und nicht eine veraltete Filterkaffemaschine angebracht. Das WC im EG roch die ganze Zeit unangenehm. Da es aber genügend WCs gab war dies für uns kein Problem. Also bitte bei der Kaffeemaschine nachrüsten und das WC in den Griff kriegen dann ist die Villa TOP.

3 Familien in einem Haus
Die gemietete Villa war genau so, wie sie online abgebildet war. 1 Stunde vor unserer Ankunft nahmen wir Kontakt zu den Vermietern auf und wurden bei Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes standen die Vermieter für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig. Es gibt 3 Badezimmer (eines für jede Familie) und 6 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit Doppelbett. Beide Küchen waren gut mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck und sonstigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Im Haus gibt es 3 Kühlschränke. Der Pool war riesig und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes regelmäßig gereinigt. Es gibt ganz in der Nähe einen Dorfladen, die nächste größere Stadt / der nächste größere Supermarkt ist knapp 30 Minuten von der Villa entfernt, Strände ca. 45 Minuten. Alles in allem ist die Villa für einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub mit Freunden/Familie sehr zu empfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles, Family Roce :-)

Wunderschöner Urlaub, alles wie beschrieben.
Schönes, luxuriöses Anwesen dank der wirklich netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Vielen Dank an die Familie Roce! Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder und es hat alles super gepasst. Man merkt, dass die Familie das Haus für sich gebaut hat und im Winter selber drin wohnt. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einkäufe und Ausflüge sind mit dem Auto auch gut zu bewältigen. Fazit: Es hat a l l e n gut gefallen.

Super schöner Urlaub
Wir waren in einer 12er Gruppe bei Kristina und Zlatko zu Gast. Die Finca ist in einem top Zustand. Es ist alles sauber sowie modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Auch die Außenanlage mit Pool ist schön und ideal gestaltet. Mit insgesamt 3 Kühlschränken in 2 Küchen und allen nötigen Utensilien konnte wunderbar selbst gekocht werden. Eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in 2 Autominuten zu erreichen. Für größere Einkäufe ist der nächste Supermarkt ca. 20 min entfernt. Alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub, welcher uns auch noch durch selbst gebackene Kekse von den Gastgebern versüßt wurde. Gerne wieder!

Voortreffelijk verblijf
We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa Karli. De huiseigenaar hebben een hoge standaard van gastvrijheid. Kristina en Zlatko hebben alles gedaan om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. We werden welkom geheten met heerlijke antipasti en locale, zelfgemaakte zoetigheid. Het huis was heel schoon. En het was ook mogelijk om na 1 week het huis nogmaals te laten schoonmaken. Het zwembad werd twee dagelijks gecontroleerd en wanneer nodig extra schoongemaakt. We hadden heel fijn contact met Kristina, ze was altijd bereikbaar en beschikbaar. Het huis is gelegen op een fantastische plek met een geweldig uitzicht. De stilte rondom het huis is heel rustgevend. Het is ongeveer 20-30 minuten rijden naar grote winkels en strand. Maar dit huis en het uitzicht is het rijden wel waard. We hopen heel erg volgend jaar terug te kunnen komen.

Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Lage der Villa ist besonders ruhig. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut (sehr durchdacht) und eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts. Danke, Kristina!

Spitzen Urlaub mit Freunden
Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in dem Haus von Kristina und Zlatko verbracht. Bei der Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Vermieter sind flexibel und hilfsbereit. Das Haus bzw. die großzügig Villa ist bestens für 12 Personen ausgestattet. In 700 Metern ist ein kleiner Dorfladen, wo man das nötigste für den Alltag bekommt. Für größere Einkäufe sind wir ca. 30 Minuten gefahren. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und ländlich und ist perfekt für einen ausgelassenen Urlaub mit Freunden. Wir würden diese Villa definitiv wieder mieten!

Super Villa in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage
Wir waren schon das zweite mal in einem Haus der Familie Roce und es war, wie auch schon im Jahr zuvor, alles wunderbar! Das Haus ist sehr modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man Ort benötigt. Man kann sich zwar auch drinnen sehr gut aufhalten, besonders hervorzuheben ist aber der riesige Außenbereich mit Pool, Poolhaus und überdachtem Esstisch. Da es keine direkt angrenzenden Nachbarn gibt, fühlt sich auch niemand von Musik o.ä. gestört. Generell sind die Leute im Ort wie auch die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt in Sutivanac selbst eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in einer Art Garage / privatem Wohnhaus und ansonsten erreicht man die nächsten größeren Dörfer in 15-20 min. Der Ort selbst ist extrem ländlich, was seine Vorteile hat - man erreicht aber in alle Himmelsrichtungen auch die größeren Städte Istriens in weniger als 1 Stunde. Insgesamt eine super Villa mit entspannten Vermietern, die absolut weiter zu empfehlen ist!

Großes Haus mit tollem Blick
Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den gezeigten Fotos. Die Vermieter sind besonders freundlich und bemüht. Bemerkenswert ist, dass es vor Vermietung ihr eigenes Haus war. Der Pool ist mit Kleinkinderbereich und Hauptbecken perfekt. Punkto Lage hat man nach Osten einen tollen Blick. Die meisten wichtigen Städte sind innerhalb von 40-45min erreichbar. Prädikat: Empfehlenswert

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie
Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie ( 10 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) 10 wundervolle Tage in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderbar groß und jedes Paar hatte sein eigenes großes Schlafzimmer, es gibt genug Badezimmer, zwei Küchen und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Am besten war der Pool, das Poolhaus und die Ruhe, die man genießen konnte. Einzig anstrengend sind die langen Fahrtwege, wenn man etwas benötigt oder was neues entdecken will. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Perfekt für Urlaub mit Freunden
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für größere Gruppen und genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das einzige Problem ist dass man für Großeinkäufe ca 30 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren muss. Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!

Lovely vaccation in a beautiful and lyxury house
We had a lovely vaccation in this beautiful house. We were a big family in age 7 to 73 who spent a week here and everyone enjoyed the facilities in the house. From playing pool to take a bath in the pool. We really appriciated the airconditions in all the bedrooms and the blackout curtains in every window so we all had goodnight sleep every night. The surroundings are relaxed and nice. It is not far away from a small grocerie shop where you can find the most common groceries and fresh bread in the morning. You do need a car to go to bigger shops, restaurant and beaches but the house is situated near many places so it was not a problem for us. The hosts Kristina and Zlatko was really nice and helpful and did everything so we could enjoy our vaccation. We would love to come back to this house!

Alles bestens , das Haus ist der absolute Wahnsinn, der Pool riesig , die Vermieter Mega nett und sofort zur Stelle wenn man was braucht, die Aussicht ist auch toll! Ein kleiner Wehrmitstroofen ist das man unter 30 km Umkreis kein Meer hat, keinen Großeinkauf machen oder Essen gehen kann ! Uns war das oft zu stressig mit den Kindern, was wir so nicht vermutet hätten, aber wen das nicht stört der hat mit diesem Objekt auf jeden Fall das perfekteste von allen! Vielen Dank nochmal an Kristina und ihrem Mann!

Fabelhaftes Haus
Wir waren drei Familien (insgesamt 4 Kinder) und hatten eine super Zeit. Ein sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen (für uns in diesem Fall perfekt, allerdings braucht man in den nächsten größeren Ort ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto) , für uns 10 Personen war mehr als genug Platz. Es ist genau so - wenn nicht noch schöner - wie in der Beschreibung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett - wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit :-)

We were two families and the house were perfect for us to stay in! And there is so many nice restaurants, beaches and activities in the area. Need a car of course! We will defintely come back to explore more
