"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"We had a great couple of weeks, the house was lovely, the views are amazing. Allevard is a great town with plenty of choice of restaurants. WiFi in the house was a bit patchy in the bedrooms but the teenagers coped! Communications with Remi were easy and quick, we would definitely return and recommend"

"We had a little trouble with check in, having to wait for the manager to meet us, thankfully we had a native French speaker who could phone them to organise. The house itself was very roomy, the kitchen was well supplied with appliances and utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The washing machine and dryer was a bonus. The fireplace kept everything roasting warm and the radiators were very effective also. Lots of different spaces to retreat to. One small comment was that we paid €16 per person...

Everything has been thought about here, from the very well stocked kitchen with every utensil you can think of, to the organisation of everything! The pool area is perfect for families and soaking up the sun. 3 or 4 restaurants are within easy walking distance and a bus stop at the bottom of the road takes you into Annecy within 30 mins. "Although the spacious property is ageing a bit the location is perfect for anyone wanting tranquility within a short drive of Lake Annecy and its various beaches and other attractions. We loved being surrounded by the friendly dog, the horses, and the deer which come down out of the woods at night. Only problem was the double bed--mattress is rather worn and not good for our 60 year old backs."

"This is a nice little hotel a quick walk to old town which I like because it’s a quieter area. Parking across the street was very convenient and the hotel gives a discounted rate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only small issue was that our floor’s hallway had a not to pleasant odor….but it didn’t affect our room so not a huge deal. Elevators are tiny but that seems to be the norm in France. "
