Bon emplacement mais qui pourrait être noté 3 étoiles
BONJOUR Bon emplacement, à 30 mn du centre de BARCELONE. 3 MN à pied de la gare.Dans un quartier calme proche de la mer, mais d'une grande route à traverser, non loin d une plage de sable bien aménagée mais certainement bondée l'été..c'est la COSTA BRAVA!!!J'ai noté 4 étoiles souhaitant encourager la propriétaire à faire quelques travaux de rafraichissement 2 chambres sur les 3 et de rénovation d'une des salle de bain. Plus particulièrement le chauffe-eau désuet.Sans réserve d'au chaude comme il se fait depuis un moment, il est pratiquement impossible de prendre une douche agréable car impossible de régler une température (pas sûr que ce soit économique pour la propriétaire, vu la quantité d'eau à faire couler). Un dernier bémol, même si bien reçu par son amie et à l heure, nous avons trouvé le ménage sol un peu léger...Néanmoins bon séjour, BARCELONE est une bonne destination. Bonne lecture Mr Guy
