Even though our room didn’t have windows, the wall papers made it feel very open, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom shower was great. We just spent one night for an overlay flight, but we recommend. Pretty close to La Sagrada Familia and great restaurants around.

Great room, clean and spacious! Staff was helpful and central location to main areas, only downside was fridge was not far off room temperature so basically useless & shower drain was clogging in need of maintenance.

The room was very clean and the staff were great. The location was good as well. I was happy to find a small fridge. We were taken aback by how small the room was. Not much bigger than the bed. With no natural light. In my opinion, this room (basic accommodation) works only for sleeping. It wasn’t a comfortable space to relax and rest up.

Place is good for an overnight stay, blanket was stained (lucky I had my own) safe did not work, did not get WiFi information, asked through help desk never received info. Was appropriate for my overnight stay. Clean towels, clean private restroom. Self check in was easy (download information before hand). There was a small window overlooking patio but Roman shade had gap so I pressed bag against so no one could look into room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - once we figured out how to get inside! We were told there would be an email explaining how the keypad worked, but we never received it. Fortunately our very helpful cabbie called the property and was able to figure out the system. Everything else was excellent!

Brilliantly placed. Lovely little hotel. Clean. Reception needs a make over. Receptionist kind and happy but language barrier a problem. Room was very warm. Pillows uncomfortable.

The receptionist does not understand English, when we arrived earlier, she said we can only check in after 3 pm. We were ok with the strict check in time. When we requested to let them keep out lug gages, the staff did not understand anything, and kept saying 3 pm. I was very frustrated and increased voice, then we left for booked visit and Casa Mila. Then the manager called multiple times even I ask him stop calling me and it is harrassing. He said he reported to police and he did not give any appology. During our three nights stay, there were no room arrangement, no cleaning, nothing. It was the worse accomodation expericence ever.

Avoid this place!!!

This place was horrible. Our mattress was broken. There was a huge divot in it and we could feel the slats through the “mattress.” We were forced to sleep, if that word actually applies, on less than half (of a full-sized bed) so as to avoid falling into the divot. The room was also much smaller than appeared in the photos. There is no desk and therefore no one works there except maybe 4 hours a day. So there is NO help if it’s needed - you have to rearrange your schedule to even pay (to sleep around a broken mattress). The location is A+, but I would not wish this place on my enemies. AVOID AT ALL COST. NOT WORTH IT.

BARNA HOUSE IS A TERRIBLE B&B!

We don't understand the high score of this B&B. The pictures they show online were taken maybe several years ago, because the real condition of this place is terrible. The air conditioner was located on top of the bed and It had a light that wouldn't let us sleep. The bathroom wall in the shower was in very bad condition. We also had to request that the bathroom be cleaned well. The mattresses were not comfortable. There was no safety box. The breakfast was very poor. They also forced us to pay in advance the 4 nights of our stay. We do not recommend this B&B at all ... neither the bed nor the breakfast were minimally acceptable.We feel cheated for the price we payed.

Interior Zimmer heisst kein Fenster mit Tageslicht

Das Bad war ok und sauber, der Zimmerservice war nicht gut, es wurden nur die Betten gemacht. Bei der Buchung war es deutlich genug, dass das Zimmer kein Fenster het, sondern nur eine Öffnung in einen kleinen dunklen Schacht/Hof. Es gab ausser dem Bett keine Sitzgelegenheit
