I liked this hotel, staff are nice amenities are good. They could improve their technology offerings with power plugs for USB C and A and the online tv streaming options for non europeans.

It was a great experience staying there but only room cleaning service was not up to the standards because even body wash was not topped up. Otherwise great place to stay and enjoy specially comfy bedding. Love to stay again in the future.

Everything was great, except the fact that the toom was disconnected from all things internet; wifi, tv & room phone, and I had to call reception from my own cellular. They did respond and called a technician who had to come specially from his home and fixed the problems. Otherwise very nice place.

El hotel es nuevo pero tuve una desagradable experiencia ,cuando me entregaron la habitación 117 no habían cambiado las sábanas de la cama , estaban sucias .Pero por otra parte quisiera destacar el excelente servicio de Andrés en el bar (rooftop), muy amable y atento .

This hotel is listed as “close to airport” and it isn’t. No shuttle bus. I had to take a taxi to the airport and paid €25.

It is a new hotel and about 10-15mins from BCN airport by taxi, 15-20mins by bus. There was a leak by the lobby but it was getting fixed before we left. A/C thermostat stuck at 23° even if you set it to 20°C. The anti-theft lock on the door is a little weird and won’t work. Area is nice with supermarket,shopping outlet and train/bus station is about 10 mins walk. Overall, it was a good stay.

It was great place to stay as it is a fairly new modern hotel with a lot of amenities close by. You can walk to the train to go into centre of Barcelona. All the staff were great and food was good also. Would recommend it to anyone.
