If you're looking for a classy, elegant, friendly, and peaceful stay, El Palace is the place to go for that and more. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff and dining experience here. Alexis, Christian, and Javier are just one of the few employees that made us feel so welcome and made our stay a lot more enjoyable. The concierge recommended some restaurants which were fantastic. I highly recommend the Junior suite! The room was very spacious, elegant and clean. Thank you to everyone at El Palace! This was our first trip to Barcelona and you made our stay all the more memorable!

From the moment you arrive, the hotel staff is attentive to your every request to make your time here an absolute wonderful experience. The large comfortable rooms and luxurious bedding provide the rest that allows you to explore this beautiful city. We enjoyed our stay very much. Eloi was kind and gracious with our bags. The staff was exceptionally helpful and customer service could not have been better. Front desk staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Special mention to Julia in the restaurant where we had breakfast and lunch every day. She greeted us with a smile each morning and was extremely helpful. The concierge was delightful to deal with when we required tickets to several local attractions. He also went out of his way to go outside and procure our taxi. Hotel was lovely and full of character and charm. We cannot wait to come back and visit again.
