"Our suit bedroom facing rear courtyard was quite and with window shutters closed it was very pleasant to stay in. Our bedroom mattresses was bit sunk in the middle but it wasn't terrible. The hotel was in cantral location and having supermarket within the block was plus. Our suite 1A had soaring ceilings heigh and plenty of natural light pouring through window was fantastic. The hotel concierge was helpful and nice."

Communication with the property via WhatsApp messaging and phone was excellent and we did get another code BUT when we got to our room it had not been serviced from guests prior. Location was excellent as we were literally in the heart of Bolhão area, right across from a metro station entrance. "Located across the street from the theater, the hotel is ideally located within Porto, allowing for easy walk ability as well as the availability of Bolt and Uber drivers. Multitude of bars, restaurants in the immediate area. Easy to walk to the main train station in Porto.The staff went above and beyond and honored me on my birthday with a sparkling wine, as well as dessert while we were having breakfast in the morning. If we need a hotel in Porto in the future, we will definitely be staying there."
