"The place was very nice, well organized and clean. It is in the heart of the city with many restaurants around and a small grocery store for supplies to cook. We drove so there is no parking in the area (unless you are lucky to find one) but the streets are narrow and hard to manuever if you are in a bigger car. There are only stairs to get to second story apartment so just know when you get there you will need to carry them up. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for...

"Excellent property manager who was thoughtful and considerate. Small issues with power outages which were attended to promptly when reported. Excellent gas BBQ. "We really enjoyed our stay in Toledo at this unit. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we found the building to be rather quiet. Toledo is compact enough that everything is within walking distance from the apartment. We even walked to the train station upon departure. Communication with the host was no issue and the check-in instructions were perfectly clear. I highly recommend this unit and Toledo and will look forward to a return visit."

"We did a family vacation and the apartment was great! They were very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was nice and clean and well equipped. Comfortable too for the usual size of apartments in Toledo. The beds were comfortable and the area seemed safe with lots of things to do. The parking was a little nerve wracking because you get on an elevator with your car, but it’s a plus for Toledo to have parking available. I would recommend renting a small car for Toledo, and Spain in general...

My wife or I could not even go to the toilet with out waking the other up as the floor squeaked that loud when you tried to walk to the toilet . Great location and customer service

"Customer service: excellent Cleanness: excellent The location is very convenient. It’s 10 minutes from the train station in car. The hotel is just next to the entrance of the muralla and 3 minutes walk to the Puerta de Bisagra. We didn’t book a tour or had a car. Ubers and Cabify dont serve that zone but the hotel staff call you a taxi and it gets there in less than 5 minutes. They called us a taxi for el Mirador del Valle and to the train station."

"This Hotel is well situated. Just be aware their parking is underground in the -2 level, very tight to go up and down. Highly recommended using a compact car. We got the deluxe room so I can’t talk in general but our room had many luxury features. They are just lack of Air Conditioning. We had to open the window and there was a lot of noise from the Street until 2am that things went down. Other than that, great hotel with a great jacuzzi (deluxe room at least)"
