At 50 meters from the beach with direct access to the beach new detached house with 3 bedrooms with large private garden well fenced, beautiful tiled terrace, facing south with its stone garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and deckchairs.
Private parking and secure private courtyard inside the residence.
The house has a living area of 78 m2 with 3 bedrooms, high soundproofing, thermal and ecological (standard RT 2012).
It is composed as follows:
Fully equipped kitchen open to living room: 39 m2.

Wunderschöner Strandurlaub
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus und haben die gute und ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Durch den kurzen Weg zum herrlichen Sandstrand (trotz Sommerferien nicht voll) kann man immer spontan zum Strand (30 Meter Luftlinie, ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strandzugang). Dieses ist gerade mit Kindern von großem Vorteil. Wenn man schwimmen möchten, sollte man allerdings die Gezeiten beachten, bei Ebbe ist das Meer nur noch in Sichtweite, aber erreichbar. Bei Flut kommt das Meer sehr nah. Abends kann man den aktiven Leuchtturm und wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge von der am Grundstück angrenzenden Promenade aus beobachten. Zum Ferienhaus: dieses entspricht der Beschreibung, hinzu kommt noch ein Gäste-WC. Geschätzt haben wir u.a. die großen Eisfächer, bei Eispreisen von 3 Euro pro Kugel ein großer Vorteil :-). Mitbringen sollte man ein paar Basics (Haushaltsrolle, Müllbeutel, Gewürze, …), diese kann man aber (auch Sonntags) im großen Supermarkt mit dem Auto vor Ort einkaufen. Die naheliegendsten Bäcker sind mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Ansonsten haben wir auch gerne den Baguette-Automaten in der Nähe genutzt (frisch und lecker). Als Ausflugsziele können wir die Keks-Fabrik und die umliegenden Schlösser und Burgen, sowie den sichtbaren Leuchtturm empfehlen. Von letzterem aus kann herrliche Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war trotz fehlender Französischkenntnisse unsererseits unkompliziert, zuverlässig und sehr freundlich.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und dass man seine Haustiere mitbringen kann, ist super. Der Strand und die Umgebung sind sehr beeindruckend und der Atlantik zeigt sich von seiner schönen und wilden Seite. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Everything was perfect, from the first contact with the landlord to the check-out. The landlord is very friendly and welcomed us well. We (2 adults with 2 teenagers 16+18 and 3 border colies) wanted for nothing during our 14-day holiday. The holiday home is equipped with everything you need. Everything is new and very clean. Quiet location and only 50m from the beach, it was perfect for us. Many thanks to Pascal for his friendliness and professionalism. We will be happy to come back again! We hebben de laatste week van mei en de eerste week van juni genoten van dit verblijf. Prima ontvangst. Mooie woning alles wat je nodig hebt is er. De ligging is top inderdaad 50 meter van het strand. De honden konden ook fijn los lopen de tuin was prima omheind. Omgeving was in onze periode erg rustig. Top locatie.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus entsprach genau dem Inserat. Es war in einem hervorragenden Zustand und alles war sehr sauber. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Die Gegend kann man für wunderbare Strandwanderungen sehr empfehlen

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Barneville Carteret
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, endlich mal genug Geschirr und Gläser, es war sehr sauber und der Empfang durch Pascal war herzlich. Er ist auch immer sehr schnell vor Ort wenn es Fragen gibt. Rundum ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Tolle Lage, nichts fehlt
Sehr ordentliches Haus mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Auch wenn man keinen direkten Meerblick hat ist man in einer Minute am Strand und der Hund konnte laufen. Freundliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung alles im Kontakt sehr verbindlich und angenehm. Kleine Anregung wäre ein Baum im Garten der sehr ordentlich ist aber bei Sonne gut den natürlichen Schatten eines Baums vertragen könnte. Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Werner

Wij hebben hier genoten van een rustige vakantie in dit huisje gelegen vlakbij het strand. Dit was onze eerste vakantie die we doorbrachten met onze grote viervoeter van 7 maand. Het huis was perfect omheind, waardoor hij de vrije loop had buiten. Alles is hier voorhanden om van een perfecte vakantie. De perfecte staat van het huis, de mooie omgeving, en de vriendelijke gastheer. Zeker een aanrader om een van de verschillende huizen te huren van deze eigenaar!

L'emplacement est idéal, la mer toute proche. La région est propice aux belles découvertes. La location est conforme aux photos du site. Les propriétaires sont discrets. Cerise sur le gâteaux, les animaux sont les bienvenus. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons.

La maison est neuve, très propre et fonctionnelle. Elle est à proximité immédiate de la mer, au deuxième rang en contrebas de la maison de devant qui fait face à la mer. Le propriétaire Daniel est très accueillant.

La Normadie pour se détendre
nous avons loué avec pascal vacances à Barneville la maison à 18 rue des Oiseaux. La maison est très bien localisée à 50 mètres de la plage. Belle maison toute neuf a tous le comfort pour passer des bonnes vacances. Les lits sont bien comfortables. La cuisine est bien équipée. Tous les appareils sont dans un bon état. Les proprietères sont très gentils. A recommender pour passer des vacances tranquilles et reposantes.

Weihnachten und Silvester in der Normandie
Das Haus war sauber und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Auch der Weg zum Strand, alles passt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es wäre sehr schön wenn im Haus einige Informationen zur Umgebung hinterlegt würden. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, wir kamen an und die Heizung war kaputt, haben Giles und Therese uns für eine Nacht ein anderes Haus besorgt. Danach war alles perfekt. Aufgrund eines Problems zuhause mussten wir leider dann auch noch etwas früher abreisen. Aber auch das ging ohne Probleme Die Verständigung ist ausschließlich in Französisch möglich. Giles und auch Therese sprechen keine Fremdsprache geben sich aber große Mühe einen zu verstehen.

Normandie genießen
Das Haus war funktional und schön eingerichtet. Es ist genauso, wie es in der Anzeige gezeigt wurde. Es ist sehr gemütlich. Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön.
