"This was my second stay here and it was lovely. We visited in November for a mother/daughters trip and stayed in the two bedroom suite. Rooms were very clean, had plenty of extra towels and the fireplace was lovely. We used the pool as well and walked on the beach. At sunrise on the beach we had a seal swim up and say hello. Excellent place to have a little R&R"

"House is set behind a dune. dune is a little steep, especially climbing back up. Kind of tough for the elderly. Set up of the house was good for 2 seniors. Many restaurants close by. Quiet area."

"The house was very nice and the perfect layout for our gang. The check out pricess briught some grumbles from some family membersas well as the 10 AM check out. I explained its a lot of house to clean before a new group at 4PM. A relative that lives on the Cape said the other side of Sea Street is a bit shady, which is why I gave the 4 star for location. "

Whether using the complementary watercraft on the Pond or sitting and reading (or napping) by the pond, the salt air relaxed the soul. "I stayed here for an overnight visit, planning to eat dinner on site. Although Expedia and Sheraton sites state that there is a restaurant, and/or bar with lite fare, they have not had a bar or restaurant for several years. There is a hot breakfast available, however, with additional fee. There is an indoor swimming pool, not lifeguarded, until 9 PM. "
