"Arrived at 1:00 AM at night to find Room’s Air Conditioner not working. Hotel is very near to a huge public garden and it is infested with mosquitoes. Bathrooms are not throughly cleaned. Staff didn’t even give me new saying they are fully booked. Please avoid lot of good options around."

"My booking was for 3 nights and while booking I opted for the “signature suite”. On checkin I was given a room which had a living room space and a bedroom - typical of what is expected as a suite. But next day the hotel called and pushed me out to a studio room arguing that my booking was for a studio suite!! Booking description never had anything as studio suite.
