"Grand looking hotel in a great location opposite the main shopping area and an easy walk from the station and football museum. There is also a u-bahn station right opposite. Excellent value for money. Everything ok and worked fine. Just a few niggles.There were no English language TV channels, the bedroom smelled slightly of smoke and check in was slow as there was only one person. There was no aircon (i knew that) and the nights were quite hot. "

"Modern design-style hotel with good sized rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. In the area there's a good selection of restaurants from Greek to traditional German. My only negative was the tiny bathroom in a room designed for 4. I'm not sure who designed this, but they need to have another think. A minor point otherwise as it's a good hotel."

"Room were nice and clean, staffs were very friendly and helpful. It's bang in the city centre everything is walkable, mall, food and shopping area, train station few steps away. The negative experienced was that a beggar just walk through the door without anyone apprehending her as main door entrance is wide open always. We caught out the beggar on the 2nd floor where our room was, trying on some doors. We immediately reported it to the staff. She was found and sent her way out. Which the staff has told my husband she's been doing it the last 2 years but police won't do anything. I fairness the hotel does have secured doors, but she seems knew when to come as she sneak in around checking time when the counter is busy with visitors. The only reason we knew she was a beggar as we saw her earlier begging by the entrance. Our overall experienced was great. We had a great time and definitely will book this hotel again in the future. "
