Hotel simplesmente fantástico, um "world class" em termos de qualidade, desde a estrutura, localização e serviço. O resturante é de alta qualidade e oferece uma ampla variedade de opções. Atingem todos os quesitos na experiência que se comprometem a proporcionar. O Kenoa é uma experiência. Quem não avalia bem é por que não entendeu a proposta.Só não dou 6 estrelas porque não tem esta opção. Norberto no atendimento foi um diferencial além de todo o staff.

Excelente experiência. Exceto por terem errado por duas vezes nosso pedido. Falta investir em um sistema via smartphone para não ter erro. Papel e caneta em um lugar desse gera esse tipo de desconforto. No mais tudo como esperado. Paga-se pelo atendimento e estrutura, mas 2 noites são suficientes para o local.

Kenoa resort is absolutely beautiful , the service is impeccable , anything you want they will do it , the food is delicious , the architecture of the hotel is super if you are into design . It is a very quiet place , wake up early and go to bed early , nothing to do around , 4 days is enough I think , The beach is spectacular but ocean is rough and it is always windy . Will I recommande to anyone : YES absolutely
