This Hotel makes you feel safe as soon as you pull on the property. Beautiful inside and out with a huge pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, whatever you need. The rooms, with tall ceilings, are very comfortable & quite clean. This was my first time staying here but it won’t be my last.

Service at the pool bar was horrible. They were not attentive and when they finally took our order it took 20 mins to bring our drinks. We just order 3 six packs of local beer from Rappi and put it in a cooler and sat at a table in front of the bar. Food was not impressive. The facilities are beautiful and well kept.

5 DAYS THEY HAD WEDDINGS AND EVENRS UNTIL 4 AM OCLOCK IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. THEY ARE USING ALL COMMON AREAS FOR EVENTS FOR WEDDINGS. LIKE HOTEL CLIENTS DONT EXIST. IN AT LEAST 35 YEARS TRAVELLING HISTORY ,I NEVER SAW IN 103 COUNTRIES SO UNRESPECTFUL MANAGEMENT. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL CONCERT HALL. THEIR HOTEL PERMIT MUST BE CANCELLED.
