This hotel offers the typical warm and kind hospitality expected anywhere in Colombia. The pool and the food are amazing. The location is great, close to everything, but not tooo close. Price is also reasonable. It is a shame that the experience is somewhat ruined by the insufferable slamming of doors that occur on every morning by the cleaning staff and guests, disrupting your sleep.

En si el hotel es bueno la comida muy rica y todo limpio pero solicité q por favor me recibieran un paquete si de pronto llegaba y yo estaba fuera del hotel algo muy importante y q venía de muy lejos y hubo mucha negligencia pues cuando llegó el paquetito no me lo recibieron y perdí mucho tiempo y dinero para poder recuperarlo de resto todo bien

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, everything was super. Bellboy at the ready for handling my luggage. I think it was Jose Luis. Aura and Frank at the front desk for check-in. Were great. Welcome drink was nice.

This visit should be a 5 star. Unfortunately we ran into loud suite neighbors and the isolation was not great. The staff and the services that the hotel provides are beyond 5 stars. Excellent service

Luis the bellhop was amazing and he spoke English. He was very helpful in pointing us out to places to visit. The hotel and pool were very clean. The staff was pleasant, they just need more bilingual staff like the description said.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay but some of the staff needed more training. We tried having lunch at the restaurant one of the days and we sat at the dining room for over 20 minutes and had to leave because no one came to our table. Other than that it was good for the price.
