"If I could, I would have stayed longer in this establishment. The pictures and description does not do justice to this amazing place. The rooms are old but in reasonable state, and they are clean. The food is made with love. There are monkeys, birds of every kind, frogs and his knowledge of these animals is very impressive. You will feel like you are part of his family. "This is a beautiful ecolodge and very well managed by Pedro and his staff. Pedro goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable. "Picked this place for location. But it’s outdated and an older hotel. Staff barely speaks English but were VERY friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was great. Nice pool in the property. Restaurant/bar next door with night time karaoke if you’re in to that. AC worked GREAT. Rooms were spacious but need updating. "Large property - suffered from recent flooding when I was there. Saw a lot of interesting birds and other wild life on the property. The rooms were large - but the space was not well utilized. I had the impression that there was a lot of deferred maintenance that was overdue. Nonetheless, it was comfortable. The food was OK."
