"Excellent apartment that was very warm and cozy. Straightforward communication through WhatsApp with a quick response time to questions. Excellent facilities - kitchen, bathroom amenities, etc, and shared laundry room (washer and dryers) which is free, detergent also included, and luggage storage. A little far from the city centre but 8 minute walk from Metro Station. Nice parks and lots of supermarkets and shops nearby. "

"Amazing stay, extremely convenient to main station - easy to get around from airport and to shopping streets with metro. Only “complain” is weak wifi but it didn’t bother us since we were mostly out. Place is extremely walkable, and helps that it is self contained. Definitely one of the best stays we have & will be back! "

"Centrally located, easy access to public transportation and major sights. Free laundry, early arrival luggage storage, excellent communication, and all of the espresso pods we needed(!) made this an excellent choice! Rooftop was only open 10am-10pm, which coincided with our times away from the hotel. Linens lacked a washcloth, so bring your own. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Traveling between Christmas and New Years with three teenage sons, we chose STAY for the space and kitchen and it exceeded our expectations. The flat was clean and well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the showers were perfect. There were two grocery stores very close as well as a lovely bakery and pizza take away. We loved Copenhagen and would absolutely stay here again."

Perfect Stay

"I was surprised at how perfect the hotel was given that it was one of the more affordable options we looked at. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well located, close to the Rosenborg Castle, Botanical Gardens and museums. The room was spacious and very comfortable, overlooking the courtyard with fairy lights that felt very Christmassy. All the staff were genuinely friendly and gladly assisted us with everything we needed. The hygge hour at the bar is a really nice touch but very well attended so make sure to get there early if you want a seat. We would definitely come back here and recommend to friends. Our only issue is that our shower had a tendency to flood our bathroom. It wasn't a major problem during our short stay but could be hazardous with the slippery floor and should maybe be addressed."
