"Das Haus ist in der Bergwelt Sardiniens sehr ruhig inmitten von Berg- und Landwirtschaft gelegen. Es ist eine fantastische Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon aus. Natur pur. Es hat Trinkwasser ab Hahn im Haus. Zudem sehr heisses Wasser ab Hahn, was sehr angenehm ist. Abstriche gibt es leider bei der Sauberkeit. Die Wohnung selber haben wir ordentlich vorgefunden, jedoch musste das Küchengeschirr vor dem Gebrauch zuerst gereinigt werden und die Klobürste war vermutlich noch von letzter Saison....

"Zeer comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima uitvalsbasis voor de kust en stranden en het binnenland. Afgelegen locatie maar dus heerlijk rustig met een ruim opgezette en goed onderhouden tuin. Fijn schaduwrijk terras, heerlijk zwembad, whirlpool, butendouche en fijn bedjes in de tuin. Aanrader! "

"Maison au calme avec petite cour intérieure ombragée. Jolie maison très bien aménagée ou nous avons passé un agréable séjour. 2 salles de bains rénovées avec goût. "The whole place seemed to be run by one person, a lady who could not speak a word of English. She was nice and all smiles, but ran the hotel rather unprofessionally. She was not to be found in the original reception, but had set up some sort of reception in the restaurant so she could cover the restaurant as well. At checkout, we had to show her a printout of our booking to get the quoted price. Many things were broken in our room. The refrigerator, the shower head mount, the soap dispenser....

A little gem

"We only stayed a Locanda La Rosa for one night. We used it as an overnight stay before flying home from Cagliari the following morning. The property is well located for visiting the Barumini nuraghes. Parking was on the street but wasn't a problem as Pauli Arberei is a very small rural village. The highlight of Locanda La Rosa is really the hosts themselves. Fabiano and Maria Rosa were such lovely people who really seemed to sincerely enjoy looking after us. Although we had some language problems (resolved with a translation app) we had some good humoured discussions over dinner, discovering oneanothers interests and life histories. We were genuinely sad to leave."

Worst night sleep ever!! Don’t recommend in summer

"Room was uncomfortably hot. Air con terminal stopped pumping out cold air about 3am and the room became unbearably hot. There was nobody to be found in the hotel and my family of four had to stand outside multiple times in the dark to get some air. We managed to get the kids back to sleep after several hours by placing wet towels on their back. We wanted to complain at check out but there was still nobody to be seen!! A single person who was in the restaurant just told us to leave our key at the front desk and leave. The rooms / bathroom also smelled pretty musty. Not pleasant. If it’s winter and you are not travelling as a family I’m sure this place would do for a night or two but I would never consider this place again with my family."

"The hotel is nice and surrounded by hills. There is a lovely view from the balcony. The food at the restaurant is really nice and the service is very good. I would highly recommend it. If you are a biker, this is a biker's hotel. "
