The best staff! The staff here was truly exceptional. Their friendliness, helpfulness and attentive service is beyond compare. Every single person made us feel like we were someone important. The hotel was very nice too - comfortable and quiet. The Basel Card they gave us was a nice perk too, giving us free access to public transit and discounts at attractions. I would consider returning to Basel even more, just to stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Passage Hotel. The hotel and rooms were modern, neat and clean. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and able to assist with local information. The area was easy walking to dining, shopping and entertainment. Beautiful place.
