"Very clean and new. Close to transit with a direct tram to the “touristy areas” (10-15 minute ride) is only about 200m away from the hotel. Neighbourhood appears safe. We saw people walking alone well after dark. Reasonably priced. Staff very friendly but do not work after 21:00 so you have a key fob to open the front door.
