A fantastic beachfront home. Swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, building sandcastles, collecting shells or just walking around the rocks is at your doorstep. There is also great fishing, or you can put your feet up on the deck and just watch for dolphins and the sunset. Paddle boards and Kayaks supplied.
This 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen overlooks beautiful Long Beach.
It is well equiped, 2 story home which is perfect for 2 families. Alternatively parents upstairs and kid downstairs.
Close to Batemans Bay and a variety of restaurants, water sports, cycling. Mogo Zoo and botanical gardens only a short drive.
Love for you to bring your house trained family pet with you and enjoy your holiday.

Great location, great management
House had ideal layout and facilities for our extended family group. Location opposite Beach could not be bettered. Facilities were excellant and practical. Interaction with management was great. Highly recommended.

Lovely long weekend at Long Beach
We had a wonderful time staying at the property on Long Beach - the house was fantastic! The check-in process was very smooth and easy and our host Jude was very responsive and great to communicate with. The house was very spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well appointed, with everything one could need and more, for a wonderful holiday for our family with young kids, plus our parents. Being able to have two separate living areas was good to enable everyone to have space to do different things, and then also come together for meals and other shared time. The kids enjoyed having the pool table also. It was very helpful to have an enclosed upper deck and an enclosed area of the backyard, to keep our young dog safe. The close proximity to the beach was lovely - being able to walk across the road to the beach and listen to the sound of waves throughout the day and night. The heating was good and it was lovely to have the fireplace also. Good internet and TV reception also. Thank you Jude for a wonderful stay; we would love to return again sometime.

Pet Friendly Family Getaway
Very cosy and welcoming property. Plenty of activities to keep the teens happy in the water or playing pool. And plenty of space to relax and soak up the beautiful view of the bay. The peaceful sounds of waves on the beach was an added extra treat. This was a very clean and generous space that will have us coming back hopefully :)

Beautiful property with great views. However the property (especially the downstairs area) was absolutely freezing & smelt of dust. Got a disappointing message from property manager for leaving blankets unfolded & for using fireplace. So my feedback would be to update your guest instructions to DO NOT use fireplace & blankets. And do not leave blankets unfolded

The house is well maintained, clean and has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay away from home. We were 8 adults, very comfortable, with each of us having our own bedrooms with decent sized beds. The view is spectacular - feeds the soul!

Fantastic Beach Front Accommodation
This accommodation was a fantastic find. Thr upstairs kitchen is modern and had all we need to prepare our meals. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. There were enough rooms to fit 8people. The best thing about this property is it's location and the pool table which the kids enjoyed so much. It was literally beach front. We just had to cross the road to get to the beach. It was fantastic! The only thing i would recommend is to air out the lower ground and perhaps have a fragrance reed to rid of the old wood smell. We will definitely be back!

Loved staying here! This property was perfect for us. The house was very clean and comfortable with an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, a smart tv, good wifi, and a beautiful view! The location is great - directly opposite the beach and an easy walk to off-leash dog beaches. We’ll be returning!

Relaxing Week at Long Beach
Had a great week at Long Beach in January with our family of 5. Found the property very clean on arrival and stocked with all the essentials. Loved the hop skip and a jump across the road to a calm beach, with afternoons spent sitting on the lounge out on the deck admiring the view. Communication with host Jude was great. We will be back!

Blissful calm
We had another wonderful stay at Long Beach. A bit of rain didn’t bother us at all. With that view, every day is a beach day! Jude, the property manager, is always approachable and welcoming. We tried a few eateries in Batemans Bay and found some delicious options! Thank you for the hospitality, we will be back!

Long Beach
Had an absolute ball at Long Beach and the property was fantastic. Easy check in process and dealing with Jude was so easy. The property was so clean, comfortable and relaxing. Could have stayed for weeks! Kitchen had everything you needed and eating on the balcony while taking in the view was a highlight. A hop, skip and a jump to the beach. What more could you ask for. Highly recommended. Can't wait to get back there!!!

Awesome stay

Perfect for 1 or 2 families
Ideal house for us to have 1 family upstairs and a couple with their own place on ground floor. Easy access to beach and walks. Food van around most evenings and coffee shop a short walk Fri-Sun. Small waves at Moloneys, so need to drive south of Bateman's for waves. We loved the place and will be back!

Amazing beach views
We had a wonderful stay in long beach! There was a food van at long beach doing amazing burgers on the Friday that we arrived The house was so close to the ocean you could hear it in bed! Very comfy and clean stay :) The upstairs and down stairs are totally seperate with only external stairs, which totally suited our 2 parties. Would absolutely recommend and will come again!

Great location with a house that has everything
Beautiful newly renovated beachfront home on a very quiet street. The house is equipt with everything you need, including games, Kayaks, and SUP. Great communication by the owner. Would stay again :)
