"Our family had such an amazing time at this house! The view is so good it made it hard to leave. We had dolphins, birds and whales - so many whales - all outside our windows. Didn’t even have to get out of bed to watch the sunrise. The house was very spacious, clean and so well set up. Welcome pack was lovely, kids loved the chips and lollies. "Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."

"Rosedale hideaway aptly named petite home surrounded by wild bush, tall gums leading to a creek from the backyard. Living space and well equipped small kitchen with views into the trees, ideal for me. Two bedrooms - comfortable double bed and two singles. The deck is beautiful and large with table, chairs and lounge chairs to take in the bush atmosphere. Very comfortable for two adults with Labrador, we all enjoyed the deck, yard and especially the beach, which is off leash at this time of year....

"Such a good location with easy access to batemans bay. Lots of clubs around for good meals. The house has pleanty to do for a long stay. Pool was warm. House was very clean and roomy. Kids were more than happy and didnt want to leave. Kitchen had everything. Only thing missing was a lighter for the firepit. Loved it! Would stay again"
