The ceiling fan will keep things cool on those steamy Mississippi days, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property for keeping up to date on your socials or getting a little work done.

Kitchen & Dining

A spacious, well-equipped kitchen provides plenty of room for the cooks in your group to whip up lavish feasts and tasty snacks during your stay. All the appliances you could need are included, including a microwave for movie night popcorn, a blender for healthy soups and smoothies, and a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker to ensure your mornings get off to the best possible start. The dishwasher also ensures there are no after-dinner debates on whose turn it is to wash the dishes.

A separate dining area boasts plenty of natural light and provides space for four to dine in style at the polished wood table.

This property also has a laundry area with a washer and dryer which will come in handy for keeping clothes fresh and clean — no matter how much messy outdoor adventuring you’re planning on doing. This space also doubles as a mud room where you can store hiking boots and jackets to keep the rest of the home neat and clutter-free.

Bedrooms & Baths

Three spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms provide the perfect environment for a serene slumber after a memorable day exploring Batesville and beyond.

The primary suite features a grand carved wood queen bed complete with plush linens that you’ll love snuggling into. A comfy leather bench at the foot of the bed is a cozy spot to curl up and journal, read, or scroll social media.

The second bedroom also features a stunning carved wood queen bed, plus plenty of storage for your luggage and double windows that let natural light stream in. The third bedroom offers two bunk beds and is perfect for a slumber party among friends.

The three bedrooms share two modern full bathrooms with all the amenities you’ll need, including soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Both bathrooms also have tubs that are ideal for relaxing evening soaks — best paired with a glass of wine or a mug of nighttime tea.
