An amazing hotel from start to finish. The staff cant be more friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and fresh looking with robes and slippers provided. A bottle of water is also provided on arrival alongside biscuits, teas and coffees. Lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Bath main town is a short walk away (15 / 20 mins) but be aware that there is a steep hill returning back to the hotel if walking that might be a challege for those less mobile. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious period property and the spa facilities were an added bonus. Some areas were in need of some TLC, but we appreciate the enormity of maintaining a building of this scale.
