Not great experience
I am quite disappointed, as this is the first time I had bad experience with a place, when booking through hotels.com. First of all there was an issue with the key at my arrival and no one knew where it is. End of it one of the other guests opened and then helped me searching for the room key. Once I got to the room I found there is no towel left for me, and this is something that I expected based on the price of the room. I had to wait for about an hour somebody to bring a towel. The shower is barely dripping, which didn't add to my already bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.
